Reiki

Reiki is a form of alternative energy healing therapy. originated in Japan.

 

It is based on the concept of "life force energy" that flows through all living things.

 

Reiki is a gentle and safe approach to to health and well-being that involves working with the body's energetic systems to promote balance, harmony and healing.

When someone is not feeling well or stressed, their energy might be a bit out of balance.  Reiki helps balance your energy by gently touching or hovering hands over the body. It's not like a massage. It's like a warm, comforting hug for your energy and a way of giving your energy a little  boost.

During a Reiki session, as a practitioner I use my hands to share this wonderful energy with you. I might gently touch or hold my hands close to your body with the intention of promoting balance and harmony within the recipient's energy system. either lying down, or sitting fully clothed.

How Distance Reiki Works: The healing energy directed has intentions to heal so it will positively affect the recipient. The distance can be small or vast, stretching beyond the limits of time and space. Distant healing sends energy healing to reach you no matter where you are. Distance healing comes in many forms but what they have in common is their ability to be completed over any distance.

it is important to be open to receive the healing energy. Everyone's experience varies depending on your sensitivity to energy. Most commonly people report feeling warmth, waves of energy, tingling sensations. Deep feelings of relaxation, peace, lightness, clarity, and a release of burdens or even fall asleep.

What you do you need to do: Set your intentions and what you would like to address and the outcome you would like. You want to place yourself in a quiet, calm and undisturbed place to quieten the mind either by lying down or sitting in a comfortable space with soft music and candle and allow yourself to receive the healing energy.
